Nice and cosy
Woodbridge on the Derwent absolutely, loved every minute of being there, not only for the very special occasion of our sons wedding, but it brought back so many memories of days gone by of my childhood , the attention to detail was impressive too.
Beautiful and excellent place. Most to come and enjoy it.
We loved our time at Woodbridge. The property is right on the Derwent river, and feels very secluded.The staff are very friendly, and helpful, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. Dinner and breakfast was provided as part of our package, and the meals were excellent. We are looking forward to returning in the future.
My time here at the Woodbridge hotel was amazing. All the rooms have a view to the magnificent river. The hotel restoration is well done and full of historical artifacts and books about the property.The bedroom was big and clean. At Easter break, there were always some nice chocolate surprises every time I got into the room. The food was amazing and had 4 courses (I paid extra to have all that amazing food and the option to choose what I wanted for dinner)I didn't have the chance to use the spa/sauna. Hopefully next time. The staff and the owner were very nice and welcoming. I couldn't recommend them enough.
